PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT JUNIOR MANAGER

• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages timelines and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure every step of the product development process proceeds as planned resulting in on-time and successful product launch

• Collaborates with Technical and Production teams to create product concepts/designs, prototypes and execute pilot, pre-production and actual mass production

Ensures quality controls are embedded in the development of new products thru APQP

• Troubleshoots and makes adjustments to product plans when problems arise

Presents product innovations and new ideas/opportunities;

• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve/renovate products throughout the product life cycle

Collaborates with Brand Marketing for Product Strategy and results of conducted product research

• Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports if needed

Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs

• JOB QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years experience; Senior product development experience

• Resourceful, Multi-tasker

Good in project management

• Above average technical knowledge and skills

Great collaborator; and Results oriented.
