Duties and Responsibilities- Makes product drawing and design for manufacturing, product simulation and analysis.
Designs the process flow of the product develop intend for mass production;- Conducts product evaluation and issue testing report;
Makes prototype sample based on customer requirement;
- Issues design change application if necessary;
Manages data and technical document management (Bill of Material, Drawing, etc.);- Develops technical belongings for a new and existing product through communication with the customer;
Performs product development activities such as: market research and marketing, commercialization, budgeting, information gathering with respect to product development, technical sales inquiries, warranty claims, technical seminars, and training to internal and external customers. Coordinate with PCCS team about product requirements as necessary;
- Applies statistical methods and device level knowledge to provide performance analysis based on experimental results;
Conducts and studies test time reduction and test issue resolution to drive testing quality and efficiency;- Any other related duties as and when assigned
Preferably a Graduate of BS Industrial, Computer, Electrical, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or any similar field.- Experience in similar role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong CAD/CAE computer skills including proficiency in analysis work in MsExcel, MsPowerpoint, Solidworks, AutoCAD & any related system.
- With turn around time (KPI) completion in drawing at
- 5 days.
High sense of urgency and can interface with different level of positions in the organization- Excellent communication skills and is a team player
High analytical ability and assertiveness
- Willing to work on shifting schedule as the need arise.
