JOB SUMMARY
As a Product Business Analyst you will play a vital role in the development of our CRM solutions here at Lone Wolf Technologies. Your focus as a BA will be to ensure that the business requirements and stories provided provide the quality of information needed for our Engineering team to deliver timely and expected results.
As part of our CRM team, you are responsible for creating technical documentation, validating requirement statements, enhancing User Stories for Developer consumption, process designs, user interface mock-ups and use cases. Working with Product Management, you will digest business needs, refine scope documents and review technical specifications.
Ideally, candidates should have experience working with and defining requirements for SaaS products.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management, CRMs and Front Office.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders or a variety of data points, critically evaluating information gathered and decomposing high-level information into details, while distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs
- Work with Product Management to confirm design requirements and technical specifications are sufficient to ensure project scope is met.
- Write functional Specifications, design testing strategies and define acceptance criteria
- Work with Product Management and internal stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA.
- Interface directly with internal department leaders to provide exceptional implementation, training and support to clients
- Assist with identifying and solving design flaws to increase usability.
- Provide content for developing all product documentation (including marketing materials, Product specs, user guides, etc.)
- Present on topics including product walk-throughs for internal and external audiences
- Manage tasks to meet the assigned project dates for their specific team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted
- 2-3 years as a Business Analyst in a Product / Saas encvor related field preferred
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers
- Experience working with CRMs highly desired but not required
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- The ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements
- Flexibility, sound business judgment and highly developed personal, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of JIRA and understanding of SCRUM and how it interacts with the project life cycle preferred
- Experience collaborating with remote teams.
