Position: Product Analyst
Location: Makati, City

Job Summary: This role serves as a vital link between stakeholders, development teams, and customers, driving informed decision-making and contributing to the strategic direction and success of the product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst
- Has strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and high-level understanding of various programming languages
- Have hands-on experience with tools such as SQL for database management and Postman for API testing and data manipulation
- Has idea on what solutioning is and has taken part on it
- Knows how to complete a Technical Specification Document
- Familiarity with product development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics that impact product strategy and positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and sales data, to inform ongoing product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product requirements, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Assist in defining and prioritizing product features based on data- driven insights, user feedback, and market analysis.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and ensure the final product meets user needs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including market positioning, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch analysis.
- Take charge of the solutioning process for specific product features or components, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and user needs.
- Ensure that user stories, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with the Product Lead's directives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the solutioning process and build the necessary skills to manage increasingly complex features and components as you progress.
