- Responsibilities and duties
You are responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
- You will coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
Responsible for conducting touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member- Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- 3. Skills and preferred qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience as a team lead in the procurement or supply chain industry
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.- Strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel is a must
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding organization and detailed oriented- A strong communicator: you are proficient in both written and verbal communication and use your skills to clearly articulate problems, processes, and decision-making clearly.
Process driven: you believe everything should be documented and you understand the value of a good checklist.
- A people leader: you are a people person who easily connects with your team and engages with them to understand their needs.
