Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and review purchase requests and ensure timely response and processing within SLAs
Request for pricing based on the specifications provided by the requestor
Review, select, and secure the best package of quality, price, terms, warranty, and delivery of the requirement
Create the purchase order based on the agreed costing and terms. Ensure that the number of days in sourcing, negotiation, and awarding is within the SLA
Coordinate committed timelines of the supplier to the stakeholder and ensure that they are followed
Manage the master purchase agreement execution and check vendor compliance with the agreed terms and conditions
Manage and maintain contract database
Follow proper procedures for any new vendor accreditation or updates
Assess vendor performance based on pricing, delivery, production capacity, quality, technical capabilities, and after-sales support
Manage and support credit card payment requests when needed, which includes reconciliations and liquidations
Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to external and internal stakeholders
Assist in periodic audits of Procurement as needed and take necessary steps to correct any discrepancies
Tracks transactions, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders religiously and generates reports related to these transactions
Protect the organization's value by keeping financial information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in training & and learning opportunities
Participate in process documentation & and support continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas/pain points/recommendations during data gathering
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Requirements:
Minimum job requirements (Education, experience, skills):
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
Has at least 3 years of Procurement Operations experience in a BPO company
Has experience with managing and administering a ticketing or procurement software tool preferred
Technical knowledge of systems such as D365 preferred
Is Willing to work night and shift schedules to accommodate different time zones per global business requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong problem-solving skills in a growing and dynamic environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in teams to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multi-tasking skills
Strong organization skills
