• Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier pricing and bid negotiations to secure the best terms and pricing.

Recommend the most suitable sources to meet budget and deadline requirements.

• Exercise discretion within predetermined limits and procedures.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to detailed instructions.

• Maintain awareness of contemporary procurement methodologies and implement process improvements.

Develop and execute the annual procurement plan, including budget and schedule.

• Facilitate end-to-end procurement processes adhering to standard procedures.

Provide support and assistance with procurement needs for program locations.

• Participate in the creation, design, execution, and evaluation of procurement programs and initiatives.

Perform audits of inventory and asset management.

• Adhere to our organization's Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance).
