The supply chain specialist shall be responsible for handling the process from conducting market research to evaluating record performance.
Fulfill Purchase Requests from internal customers in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research and identify accurate records on potential suppliers.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.- Evaluate possible cost-saving opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with regulations on supply chain management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Oversee contracts with suppliers and keep track of their performance.- Determine suitable pricing for products.
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or any related course- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain preferably in Maintenance (Power plants, mining, shutdown, etc.)
With at least more than 3 years of experience at a Supervisory level
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player, good time management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills- Willing to travel and be deployed to different project sites
