• The Role

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team based in the Philippines.

As a Procurement Officer, you will:

o Source and manage freight rates as required by sales, operations and network.

o Build and maintain relationship with the carriers/airlines.

o Place booking with the carriers and support the arrangement of shipment booking/planning.

o Keep rates updated and provide update schedule.

o Support Bids/RFQs.

o Liaise with internal parties to make sure requirements to carriers/airlines are met.

o Communicate with overseas offices in case of freight rates requirements.

o Resolve operations discrepancy under the guide of supervisor.

• Qualifications

• Knowledge/Experience

Strong Computer literacy (ability to utilise MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

• Knowledge in Pricing - import/export/cross trades, road and sea air

Commercial awareness

• Strong negotiation skills

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and with clients

• Must be willing to work in ASEANA, Paranaque City
