Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering is an advantage or any related course
With at least 3 years work experience in Procurement Management- With experience in construction engineering, material sourcing and pricing
Effective time management skills
- Effective negotiation skills
Effective planning and forecasting skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives and keeps track of all request of the company for equipment, services, materials and supplies.
Canvass equipment, services, materials and supplies from the different suppliers and present a comprehensive Price Comparative Report and negotiations
- Maintains an updated List of various and detail materials, tools, equipment and its corresponding canvass costs and purchase prices
Monitors and coordinates with suppliers to ensure availability and on-time delivery of materials/tools and equipment- Sourcing of supplier for equipment rentals / special materials.
Monitoring and update of procurement plan
- Validate ESMR versus BOM and approved shop drawings and specifications
Coordinate on the update of schedule of activity for special materials needed.- Updates on delivery of materials as per BOM.
Seek for canvass/quote of materials as pre prescribed standards and approved plans.
- Validate the appropriate suppliers as applicable to materials requirement
