As a Procurement Manager, you will provide excellence by:- Leads the improvement initiatives to keep the Service Delivery model moving toward a best-in-class environment
Enablement, management, and delivery of contingent labor including services SOW management in SAP Fieldglass- Ensures the services delivery process is efficient and effective
Enables the services catalog deployment and maintenance
- Owns the data management and services spend reports
Engages with MSP Team for the contingent workforce management- Coordinates with HR to determine preferred suppliers for services
Oversees the procurement of Facilities and physical security services
- Manages Demand of services and resource planning
Executes strategy and plans to create and maintain service procurement-related policies, processes, and methods- Negotiates projects and services costs
Concentration in Professional Services, including HR, Legal, etc. Experience working in E-Sourcing tool, Oracle iProcurement.- Experience in working with Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) e.g. (Fieldglass etc.) Oracle
Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Management, or Business Administration, or in a related discipline AND
- 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification preferred
