This position will have core responsibility for leading and driving operational excellence, ingoing process improvement and overall quality, efficiency and speed of service delivery for Procurement- A role that shall promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working environment between the shared service team and the clients (OpCos).
Drives and leads the shared service team leads towards achieving high-quality support to the clients.
- The role shall support the Shared service director for any service delivery management issues, process migrations, people engagement, and any other work that shall improve the service delivery quality.
Procurement - Leads in ensuring the timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders, ensuring the dispatch of purchase orders to vendors and ensuring purchase orders are closed as per desired timeline. Manages the tracking of vendor contracts to ensure that there is enough lead time in the re-negotiation or renewal of the contracts. Manages the accurate set up of vendor data inside the system.- Procurement - Manages purchasing process by ensuring there's proper control and value on the sourcing, bidding and awarding step of procurement.
Accounts Payable - Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, employee invoices and inter-company invoices in line with companies policies and procedures. Proper reconciliation of supplier accounts, employee accounts and confirmation of inter-company balances. Work continuously in improving the processes within the Account Payable team.
- Project Management assists Project management office on ensuring a project (new client, or process migrations) are successful. Performs PTP team engagement for projects.
CPI - Work continuously in improving the processes within the Procurement & Accounts Payable team.
BS Accountancy, Management or any Finance related course- 5+ years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain function with at least 3+ years in a managerial position
Graduate of a four-year course, preferably business related
- Sound ERP and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Excel and Word- Excellent Analytical & Reporting skills
Excellent analytical and reporting skills and ands on knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / Finance processes
Excellent leadership skills especially in area of remote staff management.- Excellent negotiation skills- at highest level (capable of representing business in major customer negotiation /complex payment / allocation issues
