Qualification:- Must have Dangerous Goods Training Cat 3
At least 3 years of working experience in procurement & logistics field is required for this position.- Good foundation and experience in purchasing and/or Procurement functions.
Aviation background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Esp. Excel)
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsible for sourcing, canvassing and ordering of aircraft material requirements for entire fleet and customer aircraft.- Negotiates with supplier, service provider for discount, payment terms and conditions where applicable. Maintains and promotes positive vendor relationships.
Sending Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Bid Sheet preparation.
- Creates Purchase Order (PO), Service/Repair Order needed for the fleet.
Ensures that purchasing business practices are compatible with airworthiness certification.- Informs Quality Manager in case of any irregularities in the airworthiness certification.
Responsible in monitoring and inventory of store.
- Coordinates with Storekeeper to maintain adequate stock level for routable and expendable items. Ensure that there is regular monitoring of the usage of consumable / routable materials.
Responsible for Ground Support Equipment and materials. Warranty and Repair Coordinator for the aircraft and ground equipment.- Evaluates trends and performs analytical interpretations for forecasting date. Directs team to respond accordingly.
Overseas accurate database maintenance of vendor, item and purchase order files relative to pricing, terms, availability, obsolescence, due dates, etc.
- Responsible for timely delivery of product and minimizing consumer delays.
Import and Export Coordinator for all logistics matters. Monitor shipment from origin, clearance processing up to delivery.- Manages and monitors ship-out of Core, Exchange and Repair of Parts.
Monitors pricing, invoicing and disputes of charge.
- Responsible in controlling the cost of all repairs outside warranty.
Produces regular status for spares used in the aircraft undergoing scheduled maintenance.
