Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or
related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
Can speak and write in mandarin.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on
strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify
trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build
and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory
requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
is a plus.
