MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain, manage, and improve item database, supplier database, and supplier library (i.e. datasheets, catalogues, profiles, etc.).
Facilitate process improvement activities and develop policy and guidelines for Supply Chain Management.- Evaluate supplier performance based on the Safety, Quality, Project Implementation, Working Relationship, and Price.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source potential suppliers based on the project needs.- Conduct and monitor supplier accreditation activities.
Develop and manage supplier partnership and contracts.
- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers on the best pricing and delivery schedule.
Maintain and review purchasing, shipping, and receiving records and stocks.- Ensure all purchasing contract comply to required specifications, obligation, and warranty.
Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Procurement, Contract Management and/or Supply Chain Management, Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment.
With experience working in the same industry preferred but not required.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity and ability to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
