Develop and implement comprehensive procurement and sourcing strategies.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and contractors, monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
*Prepare contracts,negotiate terms and prices with suppliers, and develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, manage the budget, and achieve cost-saving targets.
Ensure compliance with the company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal departments on their procurement needs, lead and mentor the team, and present procurement reports to senior management.
