Knowledge in Oracle NS is a plus consideration
- Experience in using Accounting software
Microsoft Excel Proficiency (Including Vlookup and Pivot Table)
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Send and compile Request for Quotation to our logistics providers.
Maintain and propose most competitive pricing for shipping and warehousing costs.- Coordinate and monitor incoming shipment status on a comprehensive Order
Monitoring Chart.
- Coordinate and monitor domestic transportation when required.
Oversee and evaluate duty-free stock rotation checks on a weekly basis.- Perform data analysis of stock depletion.
To analyze and plan the duty paid stock rotation.
- To upload the system stock balance to the online platforms
Prepare and send Purchase Orders to all COGS suppliers.- Handle all permit declaration and assist on all Duty-Free matters.
