Product Compliance Possess a high-level understanding of product compliance applicable to all internal and external processes.
Full Kits Assessment Strong ability to consolidate data and relevant information such as yield, wastage, reclaim rates, capacity, ramp plan to fully assess supply position and confidently recommend a supply commit.
Supplier Management Drive supplier/s to support all the business requirements to achieve delivery, cost, quality and service level agreements. The analyst must also demonstrate technical and commercial abilities to drive improvements that would be mutually beneficial for both parties.
Order and Inventory Management Manage all supplier information and accurately translate these to purchase orders in a very timely and organized manner including purchase order creation, order deliverables. The analyst shall timely update inventory with accuracy including its execution and disposition.
Work and collaborate with finance teams to ensure procurement initiatives and activities are aligned.
Be able to immediately support other procurement functions and customer management
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience with a proven track record in product compliance, full kit assessment, supplier management, purchase order management, and risk mitigation.
Prior work experience in the mobile repair industry and the ability to process transactions in Microsoft DAX is a definite advantage.
Experience in handling supplier commitments and managing scenarios that affect delivery and quality.
Skillsets:
Ability to execute end-to-end supply chain assessments, including sourcing parts, managing partial assemblies, and capacity to repair.
Skilled in analyzing the trend of reclaim yield and overseeing critical business initiatives.
