Job Description

-Responsible for all admin and clerical works

-Assist on vendor accreditation, monitoring documents submission, follow up requirements, tracking on completion

-Assist buyers on vendor follow up, request submission of quotes, inquiries

-Encoding, data input, gathering documents in support to SAP Ariba Transition

-Assist buyer on PR monitoring

-Tracking of all Procurement transactions

-Assisting Procurement Team on ad-hoc tasks, follow ups and stakeholder inquiries Qualification.

-With experience working on clerical tasks MS Office literate
  • Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree graduate

-Has 1 year of experience with Admin/Clerical

-Has 1 year of experience with Filing/Organizing Documents

-Has 1 year of experience in MS Excel/ MS Office Applications

-Has 1 year of experience in Encoding, data input, and gathering documents

-Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
