DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Process and release shipment for by Air Import / Sea Import for both PEZA and Consumption
Receive complete set of documents, actual filing for Customs Clearance Formalities
Send Shipment Updates at 1100H, 1600H and at any time if needed, to Tap World Customer Service Representative and/or direct supervisor
Reports any discrepancy or issues in Customs Clearance Process immediately to Tap World Customer Service Representative and/or direct supervisor
Must always inform the Customer Service Representative and/or direct supervisor and never release any shipments with
o any physical damage, crushed, wetness, contaminated or infestation
o missing, lacking or short-landed
Ensure that the cargo released is placed in a safe loading area with functional CCTV, lighting and dry area. NEVER LEAVE A CARGO UNATTENDED.
Always request a BO (Bad Order Report) and take clear pictures for Damaged cargoes and coordinate with the Customer Service Representative and/or direct supervisor
Identify damage type based on our internal Damage categories
Monitoring of shipments until releasing of cargoes
Coordinate with cartage for the timings in releasing for smooth delivery planning
- Education and Experience:
- Graduate BS Customs Administration
- w/ OWN MOTORCYCLE Experience in the field of Customs Clearance in NAIA and SEA - FCL & LCL for consumption/PEZA - Well Verse in customs rules
- Knowledge in processing of shipment and releasing of cargo
- Good communication skills with wide network capacity, aggressive and smart
- Proactive and good at problem solving, has initiative and positive outlook.
