- Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures that the targeted number of policies for booking are met every month and booking is done within the specified time needed to generate production;- Prepares quotations as requested by brokers or by Account Associates;
Reviews accounts for completeness of customer information such as Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, premium payment or claim status, and underwriting requirements;
- Monitors the renewal of renewable policies, conversion of quotations, and actual delivery of policy documents within the committed turn-around-time (TAT);
Converts working files into pdf format for electronic/server storage;- Maintains file of all unconverted and pending quotations;
Qualifications- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
Background in handling Non-Life insurance is an advantage
