DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they adhere to schedules and production targets.
Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation, and provide ongoing training to existing staff.- Develop production schedules and ensure that production targets are met efficiently.
Ensure the optimal use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate workflow to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production, including quantities produced, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance.- Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure an uninterrupted production flow.
Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless production process.
At least College level/Vocational/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field is often preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience related to food processing/supervisory level
Understanding of quality control procedures, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry standards.Merville, Paranaque.
