Our Philippine office is a fully established branch since 2004 with roughly 50 employees and growing. We aim to develop next generation B2B products every 7 years to stay ahead of the technology curve. We take pride on our propriety software that we modify and setup base on our clients need and our Bulacan office is very vital in making that happen for any of our US and Canada based clients, thus the graveyard shift hours (for most). As needed, we send staff/s from our Bulacan office to our client site (US) to lead client installs and trainings as well.

If you live in Malolos, Bulacan or nearby area, then it is PLUS for you to work in a well-established US based software company without having to spend 4 to 5 hours commute to and from Manila (daily), or stay in a boarding house away from your family.

• The Processing Operators (Verifiers) shall work under RTL's Lockbox Team and be responsible for:

• Email Checking and Sorting

Data quality checking and verification

• Scanning of payment and checks

System Data Entry

• Payment and Deposit Processing

Notification and coordination with customers

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

Knowledgeable in computer applications, Google Workplace is a plus

• Experience in

Payment and Check Processing is preferred but not a must Be able to use critical thinking and take initiative on action items

• Above average English communication skills

Active listening and probing skills

Willing to work on a shifting schedule Applicants must be willing to work in Malolos, Bulacan and reside in the vicinity
