Responsibilities:
- Observes Standard Operating Procedure when performing tasks for standardization of processes within the Section.
- Observes proper housekeeping procedure to avoid any accidents and contamination of containers or product.
- Strictly adheres with the policies implemented and wears Personnel Protective Equipment when performing tasks.
- Prepares raw ingredients and materials by dicing, salting, washing, drying and curing.
- Ensures accurateness and correctness of other raw ingredients and spices by using a digital weighing scale to ensure product taste consistency.
- Prepares products or goods to be forwarded to the packaging section by mixing and curing it approximately twelve (12) hours.
