Requirements
Juggling the Day-to-Day: Keeping All the Plates Spinning with Ease
Day-to-day Operational Leadership:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operational reviews.
- Monitor systems, processes, and ongoing operations.
- Track key priorities, major changes, and the introduction of new processes.
- Ensure continuous improvement is tracked and implemented.
Process Development:
- Design, implement, and optimize processes to enhance order logistics and customer care efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Issue Escalation and Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain escalation protocols to manage complex customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues.
Process Advocacy:
- Advocate for the processes and procedures of the customer care team within the organization.
- Communicate the value and importance of established processes to other departments and stakeholders.
- Address and mitigate challenges or pushback regarding process adherence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other department managers to align logistics and customer care strategies with overall business objectives.
- Negotiate and manage expectations with other managers to ensure balanced participation in processes across operations, warehouse logistics, purchasing, accounting, and the customer care team.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order logistics and customer care.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on process improvements and issue resolutions to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, protocols, and customer interactions.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and customer care.
- Understanding of pharmacy and grocery supplier business processes and operations.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to engage in mentoring from senior staff and readiness to learn and grow to reach full potential and establish your career.
- A history of successfully engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A track record of fostering a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability to competing deadlines and project assignments.
