• Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Trainer with a USRN license and clinical hospital experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO healthcare, particularly with UMR, and will be responsible for training and developing healthcare professionals in a night shift environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff, focusing on process improvement and best practices.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to provide practical, hands-on training and support.

Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of the team.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with management to identify training goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Qualifications:

Valid USRN license New York.

Clinical hospital experience with a thorough understanding of hospital operations and patient care. Experience in BPO healthcare with familiarity in UMR processes.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
