Key Accountabilities:- Designs courses that help propel our business forward, inspire our leaders to be remarkable, and motivate our employees to achieve new heights
Interacts with our key customers and business leaders to lead the strategic direction of a learning curriculum or project- Partners with the business defining the learning and knowledge needs that drive the business to achieve ambitions
Enhances content like PowerPoint presentations to life in innovative ways that apply adult learning principles and partner with those on the team to find innovative ways to do so
- Ensure learning content has ways to check for their understanding thru measures and mechanisms in your learning content (e.g., designing quizzes, gamification, etc)
Building process maps and flow charts to align with the Guiding Principles of a OneJLL Sourcing & Procurement business, outlining how to provide the most value to Clients- Leverage robust needs assessments to drive learning content creation and looping in key stakeholders to get feedback along the way
Scripting the words and visuals that our Sourcing team need to make the content come to life, leveraging the JLL Brand standards
- What your day-to-day will look like:
Planning and facilitation for webinars and other Learning & Development offerings.
- Design and create PowerPoint decks and content for Sourcing & Procurement courses.
Sourcing & Procurement SharePoint site ownership and maintenance.- Build and maintain operational process maps and flow charts.
Create and/or gather tools, templates, best practices, and maintain an online repository for Sourcing & Procurement
- Own Workday Learning administration for course content, training attendance, and training reports
