Process Optimization Assistant (Industrial Engineer)

Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing and evaluating current production processes and workflows.

• Use data analysis and modeling techniques to identify areas for improvement.

Design systems and processes that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to produce a product or provide a service.

• Develop manufacturing and processing procedures.

Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure project goals are met.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies is an advantage but not necessary.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
