Candidate must at least have a Bachelor's degree (preferably Industrial Engineering).- Experience (at least 2 years) in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred.
Skilled in process documentation and internal audit.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English,speaking and writing.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships.- Demonstrate proficiency in managing tasks efficiently.
Have a collaborative approach with integrity and commitment to project delivery.
- Be a fast starter with an aptitude for picking up processes quickly
Knowledge in Project Management or have experience supporting projects.- Knowledge in problem solving tools, QMS and Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare project timeline, proposals, risk assessment and project documents to support on implementation process.
- Support the implementation of logistics projects from clients and facilitate with various stakeholders in order to arrange for solutions to project challenges.
- Gather and analyze data and recommend solutions to the organization's business process order to optimize warehouse operations performance and efficiency.
- Design and implement reporting tools to measure performance to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Initiate the creation of SOPs and Wis for finalization and cascade of LSC Team.
- Create new policies and guidelines as part of continuous improvement in the warehouses.
- Create and conduct training opportunities to warehouse stakeholders and provide necess nformation related to lean methodologies such as 6s and process compliance.
- Conduct monthly audits in warehouses (6S, WMS proficiency, QMS).
- Conduct time and motion study on warehouse processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as LSC, IT and Logistics and Warehouse Team to develop an
in-depth understanding of each Business Unit's needs, objectives and aid for ontinuous improvement.
