Job Qualifications:- Proven experience in process documentation and improvement, ideally in a business or operational setting, 5 years of experience (minimum)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma (green or yellow), Lean)- Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferably with fintech/ financial services background
Proficiency in using process documentation and diagramming tools, such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools to track and manage process improvement projects.
Knowledgeable in process documentation.- Experience with workflow automation and business process management (BPM) software is a plus.
Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel or other data analytics software.
- Understanding of industry-standard compliance and quality management systems.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Basic understanding of database management and reporting tools.
