As a Continuous Improvement Specialist , you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve measurable results.
Qualifications:
1 year experience in continuous/process imporvement or business excellence in BPO setting.
At least a yellow belt certified.
