As a Process Improvement Manager you will analyze and optimize operational. Responsibilities include developing and implementing efficiency strategies, leading improvement projects, utilizing data analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze current operational processes within operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
Lead process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals- Utilize data and analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Train and mentor staff on new processes and best practices to ensure successful implementation and sustainability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, and quality assurance, to drive process improvements
Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all logistics hubs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and other stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in process improvement, operations management, or logistics, with a proven track record of successful project implementation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring staff
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and tools; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in process documentation and performance monitoring- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and operational excellence in all initiatives
