Process Readiness Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our operations, making sure everything is set for a seamless experience for our clients and employees. Your job is to analyze processes, spot potential improvement areas, and come up with solutions that keep things moving like a well-oiled machine. If you're all about problem-solving and love diving into the nitty-gritty, we want you on our team!
Our ideal candidate is a Business Detective or someone who is a holistic thinker and has the capability to see the big picture, integrate process efficiency with user satisfaction. They would have the strong ability to empathize with users, understand their needs and experiences to improve process design. We want someone who is creative and loves to come up with new ways to solve age old problems. The ideal candidate shouldn't be afraid to say no when presented with unreasonable requests but can also explain why in a way that fosters understanding.
- Conduct process walkthroughs with internal stakeholders and gather process improvement requirements to enhance the ways of working in the business
- Develop comprehensive documentation that shows the current and future processes while highlighting the experience felt at each step
- Analyze process issues and areas of improvement which would involve providing recommendations on process efficiencies in the form process redesign, automation, and other innovative solutions
- Conduct process training and awareness sessions with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
- Coordinate and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Testing to ensure that processes meet the needs of end-users and stakeholders
- Conduct regular process audits to assess stakeholders adherence to established processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and relevancy process reports, tracking process performance metrics and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- _Assist with conducting and facilitating Design Thinking workshops with internal stakeholders_
Requirements
- With 1-3 years experience in process improvement, business analysis, or exposure in managing business operations
- Exceptional English communication, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using process modeling tools such as MS Visio, LucidChart, Bizagi, etc.
- Adept knowledge of process modeling notations such as BPMN and EPC
- Previous experience in applying Design Thinking in a project is a plus
- BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field required; Master's degree is a plus
- Must be able to work from Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM with the occasional shift adjustment to help collaborate with our Colombia office
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati/BGC offices
