Job Description

Process Improvement Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and drive process automation throughout the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Process Documentation: Document comprehensive operational processes to capture and standardize procedures, workflows, and best practices
  • Process Assessment: Conduct in-depth evaluations of existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Process Design: Collaborate with relevant departments to design and implement streamlined, efficient processes that align with organizational goals
RPA: Implement and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency within the organizationChange Management: Lead and facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in RPA, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Change management experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
Willing to work onsite (HV dela Costa Makati City)
