Job Description
PROCESS ENGINEER SUPERVISOR
Must have a Bachelor's degree in the following Engineering courses: Chemical or Ceramics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Mettalurgical Engineering.
With at least 5 years experience.
Attended several trainings related to Leadership and Management.
With good interpersonal relations, effective communication, management and negotiation skills.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan Batangas.
Job Overview
Supervise the transfer of New Item, Technology, or Process from Mother Factory or Headquarters to PMM.
Supervise production plan support through the engineering department to ensure that all jobs are procecessed.
Coordinate and collaborate within the PMM Cross-Functional Team related to process or line handled up to PMM management.
Continually seek to improve all processes to perform work. and continually improve products in terms of quality.
