Job Description:_
- Ensure dealer's compliance to MMPC After Sales Standards by conducting regular visits and periodic audit activities and discussing the results with dealer Principals and MMPC Management
Maintain and cousinly update a record on dealers compliance status to MMPC After Sales standards and Identify critical dealers which need to be prioritized for focused improvement activities.- (Cross-functional) Prepare periodic audit reports for endorsement to MMPC's Network Management Commitee on the Non-compliances of dealers that need to be addressed.
(Cross-functional) Monitor the resolution of dealer audit finding as required by MMPC's Integrated Management System for ISO 9001, 14001,
- Assist all dealers on service operations concerns (ex. CRM implementation and support), and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:_
- College Graduate with Mechanical or Industial Engineering Degree.
Licensed Mechanical or Industrial Engineer.- At least 1 years after-sales experience as staff in the Automotive industry. Fresh Graduate are also welcome.
Expertise on Process Improvement Methods.
- Working knowledge of Quality Management System.
Proficient in Computer, Microsoft Office.- Possess good communication skills (written and oral).
Knows how to drive light vehicles (M/T and A/T).
