Graduate of BS Electronics /Industrial /Electrical /Computer Engineering
Having previous related experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably with background or training in PFMEA
- Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research; conferring with material and equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
- Prepare and well understand PFMEA, Control Plan and Process Flow, link and correlate this documents with actual manufacturing processes in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 standards
- Assure product and process quality by conducting testing methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment flow.
- Monitor and conduct 5 lots monitoring for new product transferred to mass production. Report monthly status of each 5 lots models and take action for each encountered top abnormalities with combined CFT's decision
- Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends with the use of various statistical software.
- Design, evaluate and analyze Jigs and Tools needed for new product. Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials
