Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in the plant; Develop, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.- Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and workflow, and designs layout equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems.
- Conduct material and product evaluation.
Assist on the assurance of effective process and product transfer.- Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
- Generate process documentation such PFMEA, WI, Technical Drawings, ECN and Procedures.
Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.- Applies manufacturing methodology and statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE/ECE/ME/COE/IE)- Knowledgeable on Manufacturing Discipline and Methodologies
Excellent written and oral skills
- With experience in Injection and Molding or SMT Lines
Knows how to use Microsoft office applications- Not a requirement but an advantage if has background on: (1) root cause analysis, (2) FMEA, (3) statistical analysis, and other Problem solving tools
Must be wiiling to work in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna
