Job Description:_
- Study and introduce continuous improvement initiatives on dealers after sales operating using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) method.
(Cross functional) Coordinate with various MMPC Departments to implement new or improved after sales operation standards.- Frequently visit focus dealers and conduct intensive assistance to improve service operations.
Administer the implementation of Dealer Management System to all dealers.
- Coordinate with MMC counterpart on the local implementation of Global After Sales Programs.
Assist all dealers on service operations concerns.- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
_Qualifications:
_- College Graduate with Engineering Degree.
Licensed Mechanical or Industrial Engineer.
- At least 3 years after-sales experience as staff in the Automotive industry.
Expertise on Process Improvement Methods.- Working knowledge of Quality Management System.
Proficient in Computer, Microsoft Office.
- Possess good communication skills (written and oral).
Knows how to drive light vehicles (M/T and A/T).
