Process Engineer

SUMMARY

• Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.

• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.

Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.

• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.

Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.

• Perform process simulations.

Manage cost and time constraints.

• Perform risk assessments.

Provide process documentation and operating instructions.

• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible in manpower Safety.

Responsible in production and facilities personnel evaluation.

• Responsible for all of the company equipments used for production and quality operations.

Assure all raw materials and finished good are well kept and maintained

• EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE

Graduate of any Engineering course or any other related course.

• With at least 2 years experience in production process but not necessary

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Willing to work abroad but will be trained for a year in the Philippines

• OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent technical skills

• Knowledge of process related standards

Experience in process simulations

• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages

CAD or AutoCad skills but not necessary

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

• COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Communicates regularly with the factory manager and in production personnel

• Identifies personnel issues and consults with Human resources for resolution of issues.

Keeps work force informed on key company issues and information.

• Provides support and feedback for employee training.

Coordinates in product quality improvement

• REASONING ABILITY

Able to easily understand the instruction

Able to think and transfer ideas to others

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Can work under pressure

• RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT/PROCESS/PRODUCT/ETC.

Responsible for the monitoring of all measuring instrument under his department

• All product should be in good quality as delivered

Production process must be convenient and easily accessible

Pay: Php15,

• 00 - Php17,000.00 per month
