Education : Graduate of BS Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant operational experience in mineral processing.
Licensed Metallurgical Engineer
Responsible for the conduct of research, feasibility studies, and design of process improvements to reduce cost, improve productivity and eliminate process control problems to optimize the milling operation.
Troubleshoots process control problems in terms of metallurgy, operation and maintenance of equipment.
Considers all relevant factors in metallurgy, operation and maintenance to identify the cause of the problem.
Collects all necessary data and information to verify the root cause of the problem/ troubles
Examines thoroughly the cause to devise possible solutions- to the problem.
Studies all proposed alternatives to establish the most logical, and viable solution to the problem.
