Job description

We are a German-Filipino company formed in early 1995 and provide total solutions in the plastic industry. The company is engaged in the development and manufacture of plastic packaging products and precision engineering plastics. Our Company is located in a world class industrial subdivision south of Manila with more than 100 employees and has been in the business for more than 25 years.

• Process Engineer

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in the plant; develop, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

• Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and workflow, and designs layout equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems.

• Conduct material and product evaluation.

Assist on the assurance of effective process and product transfer.

• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.

Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving

• production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.

Generate process documentation such PFMEA, WI, Technical Drawings, ECN and Procedures.

• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

Applies manufacturing methodology and statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE/ECE/ME/IE)

• Knowledgeable on Manufacturing Discipline and Methodologies

At least 3-5 years of work experience in Plastic industry as Process Engineer.

• Knowledgeable in Blow Molding and Injection Molding Process.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
