Job Summary:The Process Engineer for Final Test is responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing the final testing processes for semiconductor devices. This role involves ensuring that final test procedures are efficient, accurate, and produce high-quality results. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field). A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with specific experience in final test processes.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of semiconductor testing methodologies and equipment.
Proficiency in process characterization, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) and test program development.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
