Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop and maintain all assigned process related engineering templates.
To follow all Group quality directives and input and suggest improvements where relevant.
To follow the company's policy to ensure as much project scope as possible is kept within the Group.
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure accurate and competitive material is quoted during tender phase and sourced during project phase.
Ensure robust and efficient design and sizing of systems sold.
Ensure all the work task is following the requirement in the QMS system.
Evaluate the technology aspects of the project for tender phase in a price conscious way.
Evaluate RFQ received from clients.
Prepare basic process scheme and design as according to RFQ received from client.
Prepare RFQ and evaluate returned quotations from vendors.
Prepare and generate costing, proposal, calculation, process flow diagram, equipment layout and necessary document as required in the tender specification.
Work with business development personnel to manage the submission document preparation within the given time frame.
Ensuring all tender/ bidding cost activities, budget and firm quote is comply with client specification.
Liaise with procurement, fabrication, project department and 3rd party consultant in order to have a more competitive and precise design and costing for the propose system.
Ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is as complete and accurate as possible
Attend clarification meeting with client when necessary with business development team.
Work with project team at basic engineering and support detail design phase as well as the related work required from time to time.
Maintain effective communication with all internal and external relevant disciplines.
Provide advice and clarification to clients, contractors and vendors and technical matters.
Any other requests by the department head.
Any tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.
Able to travel when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Waste water Treatment project field is
preferred.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English communication is
