Process Engineer

• Demonstrate the use of statistical methods such as Six Sigma DMAIC, Poka-Yoke, Measurement System Analysis, Gage R&R, and Reliability Studies in analyzing rejection rates and areas for continuous improvement.

• Analyze production rejection rates to facilitate and drive Cp/CK, CoPQ, and CAPAS:

• Monitor and assist the QC Managers in analyzing quality-related performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework yield, etc.

• Conduct statistical process control and capability studies to identify areas of improvement within the production

• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System

• Suggest quality inspection methodologies on the production to comply with the specifications set by the Engineering Department

• Keeps quality documentation and data to perform statistical analysis.

• Coordinates with the Engineering Department to ensure that new product developments undergo necessary testing, capability studies, and reliability studies before transitioning to mass production.

• Check and review the prototype of the new product if it adheres to AGDI's quality standard.

• Support regular inspection meetings and toolbox meetings with representatives from concerned departments to establish an action plan for improving quality.

• Liaise and communicate with other departments
  
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree (graduates of Mechanical,
1) Manufacturing, Industrial, and Materials Engineering are preferred, graduates of Statistics are also welcome to apply.
2) Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or semiconductor industry.
3) Membership or certification of an industry-related professional body would be advantageous.
4) Experience working in QA/QC for at least 2 years.
5) Fresh Graduates with good academic and leadership records are welcome to apply.
