Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Conduct inspection, gather data, conduct evaluation necessary for creation of design.
Prepare design basis, specification and prepare calculations for equipment selection and plant lay out.- Create Process flow diagram, material balance and plant operation expense.
Attend pre-bid conference, meetings necessary for data gathering and design clarification.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders in connection to creation of preliminary design.
Conduct evaluation of existing treatment or reclamation facilities for enhancement or rehabilitation.- Participate in the research and development of new process simulations or utilize/update existing simulations for evaluation of plant performance and design changes.
Create and submit report regarding studies, testing to Immediate Head.
- Coordinate with other department for process improvement, adjustment in the treatment process.
Participate in the development of procedures and support in the commissioning of new designed facilities.- Keep records of the design and maintain confidentiality of information.
Conduct calibration, performance assessment or validation of developed equipment or designed facilities.
- Do other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.- With basic Knowledge in CADD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
