Position: Process Audit Specialist

- JOB SUMMARY: The Process Audit Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of processes within the power plant. This role involves conducting thorough audits, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational performance. This position is open to fresh graduates with a degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Audit Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute process audits.- Identify key audit areas based on risk assessments and regulations.
Create audit checklists and methodologies.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data from plant processes.
- Identify trends, variances, and non-compliance areas using statistical tools.
Assess efficiency and compliance of processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed audit reports.- Document audit processes and findings.
Present findings to management.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work with process owners and departments.
- Communicate audit results and guide corrective actions.
- Follow-Up and Monitoring:
Monitor and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain audit findings and process change database.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and training.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates; relevant internships or project experience is a plus.
