The Process Associate is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, Should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.
- Primary Responsibilities:
Retrieve and review data from Employee Navigator system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update the renewal workbook with the latest information, following established guidelines and procedures.
Perform thorough quality checks to identify any discrepancies or errors in the workbook.- Conduct audits of the renewal workbook, review necessary documentation and seek explanations.
Coordinate and work on any identified discrepancies or issues for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and changes made to the renewal workbook.
Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of workbook preparation.- Collaborate with GCOE Client Advisory team to gather missing or incomplete data and resolve any data-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in workbook preparation.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external carriers to address any quality-related concerns or issues promptly.- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate (Non-technical)- Graduate of any 4 year course including Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Management, or Healthcare are preferred.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
Good academic record (50% or above).- Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
Open to rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
