Qualifications:- Bachelor/College Degree of any related course
Experience in Business Process Improvement and Development- Experience in Reports and Automation
Experience in Management Information System (Hardware and Software)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Package: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
Highly motivated, structured and quality driven individual who in parallel possesses strong Initiative, excellent interpersonal skills.- Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit
Good command in English oral and written skills
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with different stakeholders for any projects- Conceptualizes project idea and translate it into a process
Handles process migrations and document creation/development
- Create tools to support efficient process migration
- Business Process Management and Innovation
Process Mapping and Development
- Reports & Dashboard Building
KPI Management / Achieves defined individual and team KPIs, proactively implements improvement, correction, and prevention measures for the specific situations. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/Manual Audit
- Manages and works on the implementation of process improvement in terms of efficiency by means of Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean or similar methods in alignment with Global standards and practices, as well as all relevant stakeholders.
Standardizes and re-engineers processes as well as their interfaces according to overall process model.- Reports, implements and monitors process-related KPIs; initiations and reports improvement measures and their progress if KPIs are not met.
