Perform process standardization, review, documentation, monitoring and improvement.
Champion the operational processes, tools and metrics for lean management initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and value-adding projects.
Effective delivery of any process audit and compliance program.
Support the change management of complex functional expertise with analysis of relevant data or results, and recommend the necessary steps or solutions.
Active participation in tasks related to the achievement of Integrated Management Systems and Operations Excellence objectives.
Conduct process and work instruction orientation to all concerned personnel.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet process and service requirements.
Ensure ongoing compliance with company, principal, and industry regulatory procedures and requirements.
