Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Perform process standardization, review, documentation, monitoring and improvement.

  • Champion the operational processes, tools and metrics for lean management initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and value-adding projects.

  • Effective delivery of any process audit and compliance program.

  • Support the change management of complex functional expertise with analysis of relevant data or results, and recommend the necessary steps or solutions.

  • Active participation in tasks related to the achievement of Integrated Management Systems and Operations Excellence objectives.

  • Conduct process and work instruction orientation to all concerned personnel.

  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet process and service requirements.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company, principal, and industry regulatory procedures and requirements.
